1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Tedile website, mobile application and related services. By creating an account, requesting or accepting a service, or otherwise using Tedile, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Tedile does

Tedile is a technology platform that helps customers discover, contact and book independent local service providers. Unless Tedile expressly states otherwise for a specific service, the provider performs the underlying service and is responsible for the quality, legality and safety of that work.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account and verification codes secure, and use Tedile only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Providers may be subject to onboarding, document review and approval requirements before being listed or accepting bookings.

4. Customer responsibilities

5. Provider responsibilities

6. Bookings, quotes and cancellations

A booking request is not confirmed until the provider accepts it or the platform shows it as confirmed. Where quote features are available, customers and providers should rely on the amount and status displayed in Tedile. Cancellation rights, charges or refunds, if any, may depend on the service stage and any terms shown during booking.

7. Payments

If Tedile enables in-app or third-party payment processing in the future, additional payment terms may apply. Where payment is arranged directly between customer and provider, Tedile is not responsible for cash handling, off-platform payment disputes or payment promises that are not recorded in Tedile.

8. Ratings, reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading or privacy-infringing content. Tedile may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

9. Safety and prohibited use

You must not use Tedile to facilitate illegal activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, exploitation, dangerous conduct, or collection or disclosure of personal data without a lawful basis.

10. Suspension and termination

Tedile may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, repeated policy violations, unlawful conduct, provider approval issues, or a legal requirement to do so. Where appropriate, Tedile may investigate before restoring access.

11. Platform availability

Tedile may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet, device, mapping, messaging and third-party service failures may affect availability.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tedile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from acts or omissions of independent users or providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

13. Intellectual property and copyright

The Tedile platform, including its original software, interface design, written content, graphics and other original materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law. Except where expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit Tedile materials without authorization. Third-party names, marks, maps, libraries and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Tedile handles personal data, including account, booking, location and provider-verification information.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or operating model changes. The current version will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities under Indian law.

17. Contact

For legal or policy questions, use the contact details published by Tedile in the app or website.
