Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Tedile account and associated personal data from this page, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account

For security, Tedile sends an OTP to the mobile number linked to the account. The deletion request is accepted only after that OTP is verified.

Important: after successful OTP verification, sign-in is disabled immediately and the account enters the deletion process.

What will be deleted

Tedile will delete or de-identify personal account information that is no longer required to operate the service or meet legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping obligations.

This may include profile information, saved addresses, account contact information and other personal data associated with the account where deletion is permitted.

What may be retained

Some booking, transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, legal or dispute records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate legal and security purposes. Data that must be retained will be restricted to those purposes.
